Digital technology offers great opportunities. Think of the growing data lakes and the increased ability to do smart things with it. This can be a driver to offer better services or completely new services. Or maybe you can innovate your business model and earn revenues in completely different ways. However, it is not obvious that digital innovation will create value for your customers or users, or for society or your own organization. It takes more than just the technological innovation. How do you benefit from innovation? How do you organize the win-win for required cooperation? How do you stay relevant as an organization? These are the kind of questions I love to help organizations with.

To answer these questions, I develop practical yet scientifically backed methods for (re)designing business models with TU Delft. And I apply these methods, like stress testing, with clients to determine how digital innovation creates value for them or for their customers. Be it in finance, care, media or government services.

My skills are about solving the business issues around innovation with digital technology. There are many options for digital innovation, but making it really a success is a different story. That is where I would like to contribute.
